Refund Policy: Refunds through February 7, 2025 will be processed minus a processing fee as follows:
Pre-Conference Fee: $6.75
Early Bird Registration Fee: $7.50
Regular Registration Fee: $9.00
No refunds will be issued after February 7, 2025
Special Hotel Rate: $209 per night, no resort fees (parking fees are $14 daily)
